TAHA Group CEO who doubles as the Vice-Chairperson of the Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (AUWSA)’s board of directors, Dr. Jacqueline Mkindi has joined the utility’s female to observe International Women’s Day as the guest of honor. And later on she was one of the guest speakers in yet another event prepared by Azania bank as part of the celebrations of the International women’s day. Speaking to the AUWSA’s women Dr. Mkindi urged them to wake up and take lead to their endeavors, if they are to achieve the equality in all spheres of life. “There are myriad examples of successful women in various positions in the world. Let’s learn from them and try to follow their steps since nothing is impossible" Dr. Mkindi explained. On the other event she joined women from Arusha and Kilimanjaro for an event organized by Azania Bank as part of the International Women’s Day commemorations, where she was a guest speaker. Hon. Ester Alexander Mahawe who is the Member of Parliament special seats for Manyara also attended the particular event.
